As a Certified Professional Inspectors (CPI), we act as your advocate to identify items that do not meet current building standards, construction defects, and overlooked details before they become costly problems after you move in. During the phase inspections, right before the drywall is installed, we can capture 360° photos to document your home’s plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems as wells as the framing and foundation before they are closed up with drywall and flooring.
